# Influencer Pitch & Creator Briefs

Guidance for influencer outreach and content creator briefs. Derives from `brand.md`.

---

## The principle

Show, do not narrate hype.

The best creator content for Solid will not be heavily scripted. It will show real work, real constraints, and real inspection.

---

## Category message for creators

Every brief should include this framing:

> Solid is not an AI builder. It is Production AI. The market is split between walled gardens that impress on day one with unmaintainable code, and fragmented tool chains that leave you doing the glue work. Solid is built for the outcome: software that holds up. We want you to test that claim, not just repeat it.

---

## What creators should demonstrate

- A meaningful build with actual stakes
- The system making progress visibly
- Artifacts being produced, not just chat responses
- At least one revision or change of direction
- What still held up after inspection

## What creators should evaluate

Not just how fast the first version appears. Also:

- How much cleanup is needed
- Whether the structure makes sense
- Whether the result can be kept and improved
- How well the system handles ambiguity or revision
- Whether the outcome holds up, not just the individual step

---

## Demo checklist

1. Start with a real use case and constraints
2. Let Solid scope the work
3. Show progress, outputs, and artifacts
4. Inspect the result
5. Change direction once
6. Observe how well the work recovers
7. End with a judgment about whether the result feels keepable

The best demo is not the fastest. It is the one that still looks strong after the viewer asks, "Okay, but would I actually keep this?"

---

## Rules for briefs

- Do not hand creators adjectives like "mind-blowing" or "superhuman"
- Do not force a script that says Solid is magic
- Do let them compare prototype tools with what happens after scrutiny
- Do ask them to speak to what surprised them after inspection, not just generation
- Do ask them to use the word "build" naturally when describing what they did with Solid

---

## Outreach pitch template

**For cold outreach or partnership conversations:**

> We're launching Solid, a Production AI product. Most AI tools are either walled gardens optimized for the demo, or fragmented tool chains that leave you coordinating. Solid is built for what happens after: software that holds up.
>
> We don't want a scripted ad. We want you to build something real with Solid and share your honest take, especially on what holds up after you inspect and push it. If the output survives scrutiny, that's the best proof we could ask for.
